The reason about tiredness can be the relation between a bad diet and fatigue
I am a gun shooter. When I have a problem at the range, I always look at the weapon first. I check if it ok, or if it is?properly?zeroed, or if the ammo is the?adequate. If everything is all right, then the problem is the way I am using the?pistol.
Day after day, I can?see?many people complaining about?tiredness. Many of them say “I am always tired” or even that they have “chronic fatigue syndrome”. This is actually a term coined to describe a fatigue which?reason?is not known. It is extremely rare as doctors usually?find?from one two twenty explanations.
Generally, none of the above?mention?people have a defined disease.?If it were not the case, they would say that they have a specific condition.?It is true that they could?ignore?it, but they would?present?symptoms other than?tiredness.
Consequently, the first step is trying to?identify?the?possible?physical reasons of the tiredness. If you do not sleep well, if you have been working twelve hours a day in the last weeks, or if you just have finished a marathon, you know why you are tired. Furthermore, if you?pass?periodic health examinations, you can also?see?your?health?status and?screen?for factors of risk.
If the?health?test is in?depth?and everything is under control, it is an excellent start. Anyway, if you are being treated due to previous disorders, you may be affected by this treatment. For instance, if you take pills against blood pressure, and?follow?a low salt diet, you must?compensate?it with potassium and magnesium (either supplements or?better?foods like bananas, beans, chick peas, spinach, etc).
Supposing you don’t find any?physical?reason, Try to see if your?tiredness?is due to a vicious circle. Most of?the times, you are tired of doing nothing!
Find a new activity. Try to?do?it in the best possible way. After a few minutes, you will?see?how your tiredness disappears.
